Overview

The Oktopus GL-LN 520 is a versatile glass vacuum lifter designed to adapt to real construction site conditions. Interchangeable extension arms allow the lifter to scale across multiple load classes, while the inclination-adjustable crane eye optimises the centre of gravity for precise, controlled installations. Using the same system, the GL-LN 520 can safely handle flat and curved glass panes, reducing setup time and eliminating the need for multiple machines. Built with a dual-circuit vacuum system and compliant with DIN EN 13155, it delivers proven safety, flexibility, and performance for crane-based glass installation.

Flat glasses: 4 suction pads, 400 x 240 mm up to 260 kg; 8 suction pads, 400 x 240 mm up to 520 kg
Curved glasses: 6 suction pads, 400 x 240 mm up to 390 kg

Weight: The basic device weighs between 39–50 kg, depending on the selected configuration, crane arm, and number of suction pads. Each extension with two suction pads adds approximately 7 kg. When fully equipped with three crane arms, two extensions, and eight suction pads, the complete system weighs approximately 95 kg, supplied in a transport cart.
