The OKTOPUS® ERGO-Sprint series is a specialized line of vacuum lifters designed for versatile and efficient shop floor transport and handling. These devices are ideal for use with indoor cranes, X-Y lightweight cranes, or column and wall-mounted slewing cranes. Additionally, special solutions enable the handling of the device with a forklift.

1.Versatile Hoist Compatibility: Suitable for use with chain hoists or rope lashings, allowing flexible load lifting or lowering, along with 360° horizontal rotation in the crane hook.

3.Customisable Suction Frames: A variety of suction frame configurations are available to accommodate different payloads and pane shapes, including specialised solutions for curved panes.
4.Adjustable Extension Arms: Telescopic extension arms enable tool-free adjustment of the suction bridge shape to suit different loads.
5.Energy Source Options: The system can be configured with various energy sources, such as compressed air, 400 V, 230 V, or 24 V with battery, to optimise vacuum generation and load positioning.
6.Individual Suction Pad Control: Pneumatically operated devices can equip each suction pad with independent vacuum generation, featuring non-return valves and vacuum gauges for enhanced control.
7.Safety Features: The ERGO-Sprint series includes extensive safety features (depending on the equipment) like compressed-air or vacuum gauges, optical and/or acoustical signaling devices, and central or decentralised non-return valves, ensuring secure operation.
8.Optional Enhancements: The series offers optional features such as blow-off functions, automatic energy-saving functions, spring-mounted suction pads, adjustable crane mounting, and cable or radio remote control for electrical devices, chain hoists, manually, electrically or pneumatically height-adjustable control panel.
