The OKTOPUS® ERGO-Pick 250 DN D 660 S TA CA EZU is a vacuum-based load lifting attachment designed for the vertical handling of glass panes and window elements up to 250 kg within closed rooms. It features a single trolley (standard: ABUS) for attachment to a single bridge provided by the customer. The suction frame can be tilted up and down, rotated by 90°, and inclined by 8° using a pneumatic cylinder, allowing for precise and ergonomic load positioning.

The device employs the Venturi principle for vacuum generation, ensuring high safety standards with optical and acoustical signaling for deviations from nominal conditions. In the event of a sudden drop in compressed air, the vacuum remains in each suction pad for at least 5 minutes, ensuring secure load lowering. Compliant with DIN EN 13155 and DIN EN 13035 standards, this attachment is ideal for handling vertical glass storage racks and processing machines. It is compatible with indoor cranes, lightweight craneway systems, and column and wall-mounted slewing cranes, featuring a crane eye at the supporting frame for suspension.
