The OKTOPUS® ERGO-Pick 150 DN R 660 S TA CA EZU is a vacuum-based load lifting device, designed for the vertical handling of glass panes and window elements up to 150 kg within closed rooms. It features a single trolley (standard: ABUS) for attachment to an existing single bridge (provided by the customer). The suction frame can be lifted, lowered, rotated by 90°, and inclined by 8° using a pneumatic cylinder. The ergonomic design of the operating and display elements ensures comfortable and precise load positioning.

The device utilises the Venturi principle for vacuum generation, offering high safety standards, with optical and acoustical warnings for deviations from nominal conditions. In case of a sudden drop in compressed air, the vacuum remains in each suction pad for at least 5 minutes, ensuring secure load lowering. It complies with DIN EN 13155 and DIN EN 13035 standards, making it ideal for handling vertical glass storage racks and processing machines. Compatible with indoor cranes, lightweight craneway systems, and pillar and wall-mounted slewing cranes, it includes a height-adjustable control panel and telescopic cylinder for enhanced functionality.
